During the summer months, temperatures are rising. Who goes to an amusement park in Flanders, for example, can use the websitewww.kmi.beconsult for a future prediction. When the sun shines fiercely, fortunately there are some measures that can take both the parks and yourself.
While waiting
In the parks, in hot weather, so-called "nebulisers" are often installed: bars and hoses from which very fine water drops come. These offer refreshment on your body. These nebulisers are often found inRows, sometimes combined with shadow cloths. A queue in the shade (e.g. by a canopy or in a wooded environment) is of course ideal. A queue inside then fully protects from the sun, although we hope in that case enough cooling (read: air conditioning) and breathing space was provided.
Water, water, water.
Water is still best against thirst. It tastes good when it's fresh; A cooling bag, thermos or a simple piece of aluminium paper around a plastic bottle can do wonders. Of course, water attractions (such as River Rapids or Water Splashes) also offer the necessary refreshment. For those who are soaked out of such an attraction, spare clothes and a towel can be useful, unless you want to choose a (paying) dry cabin.
If you really like water, you should definitely visit a water park: an outdoor park with only swimming pools, slides and water playgrounds. All overworldEspecially where a bright sun shines for a large part of the year you will find this kind of park. Nowadays you also find such small water playgrounds in the ordinary theme parks.
For sale in the park
Granted: In the park you can buy plenty of things that protect you from the heat: caps, sun cream, fresh water, sunglasses,... However, there is a price tag. If you want to save a lot, you can bring and provide these things perfectly (from home). That requires a little more preparation, but your wallet will only be happier. By the way, watch out for sweet and sticky drinks, such as "Slush Puppy puppies': These work like a magnet for tricky wasps.
